coil wrapping machine question

Following is the questions and reply about the coil wrapping machine:

• As the second dispenser (you call it Automatic feeder and Automatic clamper and cutter) would be installed in a later period, would the price of the optional Automatic feeder and Automatic Clamper & cutter maintain the same or would it increase?——It can not install later.
• Is the turning system included in the Wrapping Machine’s price?———yes
• I have not understood what type of material you recommend to use in this wrapping process: do you recommend to use two materials o just one, which is stretch film with VCI?———-Depends on client’s packing goal.
• You have mentioned that in the case of the Automatic cutter & clamper, the dimensions of the stretch film should be —OD:120-180mm ID:50mm Width:150mm. however, we would like to know the minimum and maximum thickness of both materials, in case you recommend two materials and if they are suitable for the wrapping machine:— Depends on the material quality, normally 25-35mircrom
